We partner with leaders, teams, and systems to transform from the inside out, unlocking capacity and driving lasting impact, because when people thrive, organizations do too.

Christina founded Catalyzing Change after watching too many organizations struggle to close the gap between their stated values and their daily realities. She believes that transformation rarely requires starting over. More often, it requires the right conditions: honest conversation, skilled facilitation, and a partner willing to stay in the complexity with you.
Her career spans education, federal government, philanthropy, and the nonprofit sector, beginning as a Teach For America corps member and continuing into coaching and collaborating with executive leaders, senior teams, and organizations across multiple sectors.
Christina holds an MS in Organization Development (American University), an MA in Urban Education (University of Maryland), and a BA in English (Fordham University), and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation. She also serves as Director of Operations and Board Member of The Ruby Ball Foundation.
She is based in Washington, DC, and most grounded when tending her garden, practicing yoga, or having a conversation that challenges the status quo.
Catalyzing Change is an organizational consulting and leadership coaching practice. We work with leaders, teams, and mission-driven organizations that are ready to close the gap between who they say they are and how they actually operate day to day.
We come in as partners. We listen first, diagnose honestly, and design solutions that fit the organization you actually have.
Our work spans leadership coaching for individuals, organization development and change management for teams and systems, and facilitated learning experiences for groups of all sizes.
Catalyzing Change is a woman-owned, Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) based in Washington, DC.
