Organization Development & Change Management

Align your people, purpose, and process and build what sustains it.

Most organizations don't fail for lack of a plan

They stall on the things nobody names: unclear roles, eroded trust, processes built for an organization you've outgrown. We work on those, then leave the structures behind so your team can carry it.

  • Organization, culture, and needs assessments
  • Strategic planning and implementation
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Leadership frameworks and competency models
  • Organization design and process improvement
  • Project Management Office (PMO) support
Best for: restructures, leadership transitions, growth outpacing infrastructure, plans that keep stalling.

Case study

Aligning a rapidly growing operating unit of nearly 50 staff

A gender-focused unit in an internationally focused organization

Unit-wide alignment and retreat design

The challenge

The unit was growing rapidly and needed greater alignment across its expanding team. Without a shared understanding of roles, goals, cultural values, and strategic priorities, individual teams were operating in silos, limiting cohesion and collective impact.

Our approach

Discovery sessions with senior leadership to understand needs and priorities, then individually designed and facilitated retreats for each team, aligning each around roles, goals, personal missions, and unit-level strategies for the year. Themes were then synthesized across all teams to surface unit-wide patterns.

What we built

A large-scale unit-wide retreat bringing together nearly 50 staff across all of the unit's teams, focused on shared goals, roles, mission, and the cultural values leadership wanted embedded everywhere. Leaders were also matched with executive coaches to sustain the work past the retreat.

The outcome

Alignment at both the team and unit level, with nearly 50 staff unified around a shared mission, values, and strategic priorities. Leaders reported stronger cohesion, clearer accountability, and improved capacity to lead their teams toward annual goals. The coaching component kept alignment an ongoing process rather than a one-time event.
